Stam is nice and all but I would rather have a better chance of proccing a tstaff so I could pop inner flame and get a kill instead of having the hp to take one more auto attack.

WebDamage bonus won't start until I think it's 30 or 31 and 2h weapons have higher damage bonus based on delay, whereas 1h weapons are all the same with 1 more bonus every 3 levels after bonus starts.
