WebJul 22, 2010 · Don't eat much either anymore, but I generally prefer Hellman's/Best Foods mayo over Miracle Whip in every case. Except for BLT sandwiches where I prefer MW. Don't know why. Neither is very healthy, but MW is slightly less bad than mayo. All things in moderation. As to the difference between Hellman's and Best Foods...they're identical.
